Pick up place can be determined by customer. However, if you are not sure where to pick up bicycles, the following placemark area is default pick up/drop off location. The address is 4/148 Junction Rd Clayfield QLD 4011, Australia.
If you specify the location as the default, customer pick up the bicycles at specified time. It is good place if customer plans to rent a car since there is a car rental service near office.
When you tell your preferred pick up location to us, please include as much information as possible. For example, location name, address, specific parking location. The more you tell us detail information, it is easier to deliver bicycles. Before notifying us pick up location, please check the following.
- Is the picking up location within Brisbane?
- Is the picking up location easily identifiable?
- Does the location have a free parking place?
- Is the picking up location outside Brisbane Central Business District (CBD)?
If all above questions are “Yes”, then it should be no trouble for the delivery. For example, hotel is generally easily identifiable. However, some hotels in the city do not have free car park. Moreover, if the hotel is located in the middle of Brisbane city (ie. CBD), there are often heavy traffic jam and hard to organize arrival time.
